1. Data controller

2. Legal framework

This policy is governed by Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian regulations on personal data protection.

3. Data we collect

  • Contact data: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the message you send us.
  • Browsing data: pages visited, time on site, device and traffic source, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Conversations: the messages you exchange with our virtual assistant or with our team via WhatsApp and social media.

4. Purposes

  • Responding to your requests, scheduling sessions and sending you commercial proposals.
  • Providing contracted services and managing client relationships.
  • Sending you newsletters, content and offers when you subscribe or authorize it. You can opt out at any time.
  • Measuring and improving the performance of the site and our campaigns.
  • Complying with legal and contractual obligations.

5. Your rights as a data subject

As the data subject, you have the right to know, update and correct your information; request proof of the authorization you granted; be informed about how your data is used; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke your authorization and request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and access your data free of charge.

6. How to exercise your rights

Email us at contacto [at] lumiamkt.com with your name, ID number, your specific request and how you'd like us to reply. As required by law, we will answer inquiries within a maximum of ten (10) business days and claims within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.

7. Transfers and processors

We may share your data with providers who help us operate (web hosting, email, CRM, analytics, advertising and messaging platforms), who act as processors and must protect it. Some of these providers may be located outside Colombia. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Cookies

We use our own and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising. You can manage or delete them from your browser. If you block them, some site features may not be available.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to reduce the risks.

10. Effective date and changes
