These terms govern the use of lumiamkt.com, operated by Lumia MKT, a digital marketing agency based in Bogotá, Colombia. By browsing the site or using its forms or virtual assistant, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

The content is informational and intended for businesses and individuals interested in digital marketing services. You agree to use it lawfully, not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, not to submit false or third-party information through the forms, and not to use it to send unsolicited advertising.

3. Services and proposals

Information about our services does not constitute a binding offer. Each service is contracted through a commercial proposal or contract that defines scope, pricing, timelines and conditions. Case study results belong to specific clients and do not guarantee the same results for other brands.

4. Promotions

The 10% discount for new clients applies to the first month or first project contracted by a company that has not previously been a Lumia MKT client. It cannot be combined with other promotions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without affecting proposals already accepted.

5. Intellectual property

The LumIA MKT brand, its logo, the business unit characters (Lion, Giraffe, Owl, Monkey, Beaver, Peacock and Red Panda), and the site's text, images, videos, design and code are the property of Lumia MKT or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Client brands and logos are shown for reference and belong to their respective owners.

6. Content created with artificial intelligence

Some of the images and content on this site were created with artificial intelligence tools under human creative direction. Answers from our virtual assistant "Luz" are for guidance only; they do not replace advice from our team and do not constitute a commercial proposal.

7. Third-party links

The site may include links to WhatsApp, social media and other websites. Lumia MKT does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Lumia MKT will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site, except as determined by Colombian law.
